Almando Cox, MSc, ITIL, is a seasoned Jamaican entrepreneur and ICT innovator with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation across the Caribbean. As the Founder and CEO of ResolveIT Limited, an award-winning IT solutions firm established in 2004, he has led the company to deliver cutting-edge services that enhance productivity, safeguard data, and facilitate seamless technology integration for a diverse clientele, including corporate, nonprofit, and government organizations.

In 2024, Almando was elected President of the Jamaica Technology and Digital Alliance (JTDA), formerly the Jamaica Computer Society . In this role, he spearheads initiatives aimed at advancing Jamaica's digital landscape, ensuring the nation remains at the forefront of technological innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in launching programs such as the "My Membership Matters" campaign and the Member Plus program, which enhance community engagement and provide additional benefits to JTDA members.

Almando's commitment to leveraging technology for social good is evident in projects like "Technology for a Change," a collaboration with Microsoft designed to assist nonprofit organizations in expanding their reach through technology . He also led the "Technology in Education" initiative, which integrates technology into schools to improve teaching and learning experiences. More recently, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Online Registration Management System for the Department of Co-operatives & Friendly Societies, streamlining processes and enhancing accessibility.

Recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, Almando received the Most Entrepreneurial Mindset award from the Jamaica Business Development Corporation's Business Accelerator Program in 2019 and was named B.O.S.S Man of the Year in 2020 . He actively contributes to various organizations, serving on the Membership Committee of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica and the Operations Board of Junior Achievement Jamaica.
