She currently serves as a DEIB advisor at ParagonOne—supporting corporate partners like Honda, The Home Depot, and Boeing—and as a consultant for the National Urban League’s Business Executive Exchange Program (BEEP). A former IBM, Deloitte, and BDO executive turned serial entrepreneur, Alain brings three decades of experience leading digital-transformation and go-to-market initiatives across software, fintech, and social-impact sectors. He is an active angel investor, limited partner in a social impact fund, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence for several accelerators, where he mentors founders on strategy, customer discovery, and investor readiness.
