Adam Benoit de Delva is a First Generation Haitian-American from Queens, New York, with a deep passion for cars, life sciences, and technology. His career spans technology consulting, sales, business development, and product innovation across top-tier tech platforms. Known for challenging the status quo, Adam has often been the youngest and only Black voice in high-stakes corporate environments.

He most recently served at Microsoft as a Senior Application & Innovation Specialist, helping enterprise clients modernize mission-critical applications. His expertise spans software development, security, and hybrid cloud operations, supporting major players in finance, life sciences, consulting, and telecom.

As Founder and Community Executive Officer of Developer Technology Research (DTR), Adam leads community-guided innovation in DevSecOps, AI and hybrid cloud infrastructure. He partners with Lafayette Julius of Evolve Awake Fund, driving technology due diligence in alignment with the fund’s mission. DTR's platform, HLIX (Hybrid Linked Infrastructure Xchange), is uniting 3.1 million engineers across 16 communities to tackle the world’s toughest infrastructure challenges. Adam also champions education reform and workforce development, using his experience as a successful college dropout to empower youth in Africa, South America, and the Caribbean.
