Marie E. Patterson is the Founder and Managing Partner of InfinityPath Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm focused on backing visionary founders building the AI and cloud infrastructure of tomorrow. A member of the prestigious VC Lab Cohort 17, Marie brings over two decades of deep technical expertise and leadership to early-stage investing.

She has built and led high-performing engineering teams across blockchain, fintech, media, and enterprise SaaS, driving multi-billion-dollar outcomes through modern architectures and agile delivery. Her career began at Hughes Aircraft, where she developed guidance software for the AMRAAM missile, before transitioning to Wall Street, where she contributed to mission-critical trading systems at Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Markit. She later architected and delivered digital innovations at Warner Bros Discovery, Accenture, and startups like Gilded and Protego Trust, with a focus on blockchain, microservices, and Web3 technologies.

Marie has led development in Java, Go, Solidity, Digital Asset and Hyperledger Fabric, powering global media platforms and crypto custody systems at scale. She holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from California State University at Northridge, an MBA in International Banking and Finance from Dowling College, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
