Jodi Brockington, Co-Founder, VPB
Jodi Brockington is a dynamic connector and seasoned thought leader, helping entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations achieve greater impact. With a background in management consulting, she has coached thousands of professionals and designed strategies that drive inclusive growth, social responsibility, and innovation.
As founder of NIARA Consulting, Jodi delivers solutions for individuals, nonprofits, and corporations seeking to align mission with measurable outcomes. She also serves as a DEIB advisor at ParagonOne—supporting partners like Honda, The Home Depot, and Boeing—and consults for the National Urban League’s BEEP program. Recognized among the “Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity” by DiversityPlus Magazine, she is also a frequent media contributor.
Her newest venture, BLENDiD, is a storytelling and community platform for biracial and multiracial individuals. As co-host of the VPB Podcast, Jodi brings cultural fluency and strategic insight to connect builders, backers, and believers shaping the future of impact ventures.

Alain Leroy is redefining how mission-driven startups secure capital and scale—combining catalytic investment, product-driven innovation, and disciplined execution into a single, founder-first platform.
A former IBM, Deloitte, and BDO executive turned multipreneur, Alain brings three decades of experience leading digital-transformation and go-to-market initiatives across software, fintech, and social-impact sectors. He is an active impact investor and mentor for several accelerators, where he advises underinvested founders on strategy and systems.
Alain speaks worldwide on how capital, capacity, and community fuel the innovation economy, impact investing, and social entrepreneurship.
